North or South? That’s the question you’ll need to ask yourself when you’re looking for your next route in Carcassonne. The GLR 12 will lead you north to the Mediterranean section of the GLR Network. For over 152 kilometers this route has only 13 kilometers of off-road sections. The main cause of this are the strict local environmental laws in the region.
Heading down south in Carcassonne? Take the GLR 13 if you want to do the Trans Pyrenean track from the beginning till the end. The GLR 13 has an adventure worthy 34.5% of off-road sections. With a total of 168 km, this motorcycle adventure route won’t disappoint.

You’re now at the gate of the Pyrenees and you want to continue your adventure on the GLR Network? Choose the GLR 15 to head east alongside the Pyrenees mountain range. This GLR is over 232 kilometers long and functions as a French side of the Trans-Pyrenees route. With 41.4 kilometers of off-road sections, it’ll entertain you nonetheless.
